The compound joint of these Jewelry Oblique End Cutters has been designed to provide extra leverage and are better suited to cut protruding wire ends because since their jaws are slightly offset to one side in 15 degrees providing increased clearance while the angled head allows for greater visibility to get close to work on tight areas resulting in a Flush cutting precision on hard and soft wires up to gauge 12 ~ 2.02mm
